VisitSaudi.app is NOT the Saudi government and is not affiliated with it. We are an independent visa facilitation service.

1. Service Description

VisitSaudi.app is an independent visa facilitation service. We assist individuals in preparing and submitting Saudi Arabia visa applications on their behalf. We are NOT the Saudi Arabian government, nor are we affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Saudi government authority, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any embassy or consulate.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Submission of an application through our service does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made solely by the Saudi Arabian government. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, any visa refusal. Service fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the relevant authority.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information and documents provided to us. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and may result in your permanent ban from Saudi Arabia. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an application if we have reasonable grounds to believe information is inaccurate.

4. Service Fees

Our service fee covers application review, document checking, submission, and WhatsApp status updates. Service fees are separate from any government fees charged by Saudi Arabia. Fees are displayed clearly before submission. In the event of a government fee change after payment, we will inform you and may request an adjustment.

5. Refund Policy

Service fees are non-refundable once we begin processing your application. If we are unable to submit your application due to reasons within our control (e.g., technical error on our end), you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Passport & Document Handling

All documents uploaded are transmitted securely and used solely for the purpose of your visa application. We do not store original passport documents beyond the period required to process your application. Documents are handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisitSaudi.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to travel disruptions, flight cancellations, hotel costs, or loss of income resulting from visa delays or refusals.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest revision is shown below.
